CHAD “OCHOCINCO” JOHNSON may be the headbutt of jokes after being dropped from his team and endorsement deal with Zico, but he isn’t taking no for an answer when it comes to his estranged reality star wife EVELYN LOZADA.

During her exclusive interview with ABC Nightline, EVELYN made it clear that she has no plans of reuniting with CHAD after he allegedly headbutted her. She has since filed for divorce. Now, rumor has it that CHAD refuses to sign the divorce papers because he’s convinced he can win her back.

But CHAD may not have the final say on that. The state of Florida, where he and EVELYN reside, has authority to proceed with the divorce even without CHAD’s signature – since, in this case, domestic violence was reported.

Perhaps it’s time for CHAD to face reality…and start looking for someone to remove that leg tattoo!

CASSIE is notoriously known to shy away from criticism.

Whether it be her music career and/or relationship with music mogul DIDDY, CASSIE takes the high road and remains mum on all the rumors and negative talk.

However, after reading her most recent Twitter rant, it would appear the singer/model has finally had enough.

After getting wind a few nasty blog posts, CASSIE went off on Twitter,”F*ck a blog & anyone that makes up bullsh*t. I never even give a thought to unvalidated sh*t that gets posted online, but I’m tired of it.”

Tongues have been wagging for years about CASSIE’s not-so-private relationship with music mogul DIDDY because of their 16-year age difference. CASSIE indirectly addressed that by tweeting, “Been committed for a LONG time to someone and I am sooo in love with HIM! Continue to call me names. I’m gettin mine!”

We’ve never seen this side of CASSIE before, but it’s about time!

As expected Part I of the Love & Hip Hop reunion special did not come short of the drama.

The FLOTUS with the most-ess MICHELLE OBAMA and Olympic gold medalist GABBY DOUGLAS chopped it on the JAY LENO show this week.

GABBY dished on what life has been like post-Olympics and Michelle spoke about her Let’s Move campaign and attending the Olympics for the first time.

When GABBY admitted to indulging in a McDonald’s McMuffin, the first lady jokingly poked fun at the gymnast, saying, “It better have been whole wheat.”

G-Unit commander-in-chief 50 CENT made some pretty controversial remarks last week about KANYE WEST labeling KIM KARDASHIAN as his perfect B**ch!

Now FIDDY is denying that KANYE has a problem with him over his statements. ”We were like this close to each other on the Rolling Stone magazine shoot,” said 50 to Perez Hilton. “If we were actually going to have a problem with each other, we could have had it right there,”

KANYE has not publicly responded to 50 CENT’s comments in KIM’s defense, but the two were both seen together at MIKE TYSON’s debut play, Undisputed Truth, last week. 50 revealed that although they both sat together, they don’t actually hang out. It’s been a rough few days for former Miami Dolphins wide receiver CHAD ‘OCHOCINCO’ JOHNSON. First the arrest, then the loss of his job and now an impeding divorce from wife EVELYN LOZADA.

Overwhelmed with sadness and guilt, CHAD has finally come forward with a statement about the recent events.

“I would like to apologize to everyone for the recent events that have occurred,” said CHAD via his website. “I would like to wish Evelyn well and will never say anything bad about her because I truly love her to death. I will continue to be positive and train hard for another opportunity in the NFL.”

“To all the fans and supporters I have disappointed, you have my sincerest apologies. I will stay positive and get through this tough period in my life.”

To add insult to injury, CHAD’s firing from the Miami Dolphins was captured on film during the HBO special Hard Knocks. As CHAD pleads for another chance, coach Joe Philbin just isn’t trying to hear it.

If CHAD’s career and reputation will can be salvaged after all this mess, it will be the PR miracle of a lifetime.

It was all good just a week ago! No really, what just happened?

Five weeks after saying “I Do,” and wrapping up filming their new reality show – EVELYN LOZADA‘s marriage to NFL husband CHAD JOHNSON came to a screeching halt after it was reported that EVELYN was head butted by CHAD. This occurred after confronting him about a receipt for condoms she found in their car.

There’s no disputing that EVELYN and CHAD have put their relationship on front street since day one. Their romance blossomed on Twitter and the two have used every avenue possible to proclaim their love for the limelight each other. Immediately after CHAD proposed back in 2010, EVELYN wasted no time tweeting a photo of her hefty engagement ring, boasting “10 carats looks good on me. Let the hating begin!!!” EVELYN even cut ties with former best friend JENNIFER WILLIAMS who tried to warn her about the dangers of dating yet another athlete.

EVELYN and CHAD were not only aware of the criticism that stemmed from their high-profile relationship, they welcomed it with open arms. Hell, they sought after it!

The only thing these two loved more than themselves was the publicity that came from their two egos joining forces…

Yesterday we reported that singer CHRISTINA MILIAN called out ex-husband TERIUS NASH aka THE DREAM on being an absent father. Well, THE DREAM got word of those comments and had sent some not-so-subliminal tweets aimed at his baby-momma.

Taking a swipe at MILIAN’s stunted music career, THE DREAM tweeted, “Love You too. Those 15 minutes are almost up though boo! Has Been!” He continued, “Publicity Stunt. Are people really this Stupid. If I had a serious issue concerning care for a loved one. I’d call the source…She had a plan to come up before she met me I called her on it. Go digging for gold u might find it.. But its hard to carry that much weight.”

Ouch! MILIAN quickly got word of THE DREAM’s tweets and responded, “Don’t listen to lies from LIARS. I wish sometimes I could really let everyone know what I know. What u r reading is only a taste of the trash in my email. I have them all saved. Eventually u stop responding to stupidity. & stop caring. Get Some Class..”

Uh-oh, looks like a twitter war has officially erupted. We hope these two can pick up the phone and settle this like grown folks.

Rapper BEANIE SIEGEL faces two years behind bars for tax evasion.

The former Rocafella signee failed to pay his taxes from 2003 through 2005 and could potenially serve 2-years behind bars.

The IRS found that SIEGEL also didn’t file taxes from 1999 through 2002, except for a $10,000 tax payment in 2001, although he earned more than $2.2 million in income that year. In total, SIEGEL owes $728,536 for six years of unpaid taxes.

A U.S. District Judge also ordered a year of supervised release after the sentence during which SIEGEL will payback all taxes and penalties owed.
