The Atlanta cast of Love & Hip-Hop is still filming, and this week released some behind-the-scenes footage of cast member LIL SCRAPPY‘s performance at Pearl Bistro nightclub recently.
The cast was all in the building to celebrate SCRAPPY’s release of his mixtape, Full Metal Jacket 2.
SCRAPPY performed a track off his upcoming album (The Grustle) that features co-star RASHEEDA called “Shawty Sprung.” SHAY “BUCKY” JOHNSON, a former contestant of non-too-flattering dating show Flavor of Love, was also in the building along with several cast members.
Let the messiness begin…
It’s no secret that First Lady MICHELLE OBAMA is a huge BEYONCE fan (aren’t we all.)
She recently stopped by Good Morning America yesterday to chat with host ROBIN ROBERTS about her mission for a healthier country and her trip. During the interview she dished on her trip with daughters SASHA and MALIA to see BEY’s Revel Concert.
The FLOTUS revealed that she secretly wishes she could be the R&B Diva. ” BEYONCE just has been a tremendous supporter of Let’s Move. Without asking, she reformulated ‘Move Your Body’ to do a flash mob for kids across this country. BEYONCE stepped up, in a way that so many of our celebrities and athletes are stepping up on behalf of this issue, so I love her to death.”
Click inside to view interview...In the latest series of family drama between BOBBI KRISTINA and her old man BOBBY BROWN, allegedly BOBBI KRIS is refusing to attend her dad’s June 15th wedding to fiancee ALICIA ETHERIDGE.
Numerous reports are swirling that BOBBI seriously dislikes her dad’s fiancee – and considering BOBBI’s already strained relationship with her dad, it’s not hard to see why she’s not participating in the upcoming nuptials.
BOBBI is also still grieving the loss of her late mother, pop legend WHITNEY HOUSTON, who was found dead just four short months ago.
Her dad’s abrupt exit from WHITNEY’s funeral reportedly did not sit well with his daughter, and the feud still hasn’t been settled over that incident.
But still, BOBBY insists that he still strives to maintain the relationship with his daughter.
In an interview with Matt Lauer earlier this month, BOBBY assured, “I am her father. She talks to me about everything.”
Do you think BOBBY KRISTINA is justified in not attending the wedding?
There’s been a barade of online boycotts, negative tweets, and remorseful blog posts exchanged about this season of Basketball Wives. There were scenes that made us shake our heads in disbelief, and others where the bullying was so extreme it made us cringe.
Backlash from fans has been so severe that executive producer SHAUNIE O’NEAL, along with VH1 and Shed Media, issued public apologies for the show’s negative content.
In a rehearsed statement leaked from the reunion show, SHAUNIE plead, “I think my voice is being resonated and Shed Media and VH1 have heard me. We’re all on this page of getting some balance and getting some good and positive content.”
But this statement hasn’t pacified fans, who continue to lash out at the reality stars for their childish and violent behavior. The petition to have EVELYN LOZADA yanked from the air has gained over 29,000 signatures, and now one been waged against TAMI ROMAN.
But here’s a solution that’ll really work if fans want to see Basketball Wives off the air – turn the channel.
The petition against EVELYN LOZADA is seeking to get 35,000 signatures, which in “reality” will never stack up against the 3.7 million viewers who reportedly watch the show.
Signing a petition could never do as much damage as losing ratings. Advertisers fund the shows. Look at it from their perspective – if you had the opportunity to put your product in front of millions of eyeballs each week, why would you pull your ads because less than 5% signed a petition?
Remember that top secret photo shoot that EVELYN, CHRISSY and KANDI leaked on twitter just a couple of weeks ago? Well today, it was revealed that VIBE Magazine, along with TAMAR, chose these ladies to grace the cover of the June/July “sexy” issue as the “role models.”
Like it or not, all eyes are on the queen B’s of reality TV – and they had a whole lot to dish on their negative portrayals on the show, backlash from disheartened fans, and what really goes on behind the scenes of reality TV production.
Check out snippets from their group interview below:
EVELYN on Star Jones and the petition: “I think [Star] is going to have to get a whole lot of names. Actually, I like the petition and I like the controversy because I’ve learned controversy is good. But I think she’s irrelevant. And she’s using our coattails to get relevant again. Nobody gives a f*ck about her.”
CHRISSY on how producers conjure up drama: ”They would go as far as telling the new girl, ‘Chrissy thinks she’s Queen Bee around here so we need you to step up because nobody here has a strong enough personality. We need you to shut it down.” They were feeding people this negative energy from the door. I have no reason to lie.’
TAMAR on her family’s portrayal on TV: “We just felt it was necessary to show us as sisters living different lifestyles. We felt it was important to have an honest show that women can relate to and learn from. I can only speak for our show, though. We’re a family show; it’s not like we’re girlfriends.”
KANDI on how reality TV fights start: ”[Producers] will be like, ‘Okay, we want you guys to go to lunch.’ They know if they have a conversation about what’s going on, something’s gonna jump off. But nobody can make you physically punch somebody in the face. We end up doing that to ourselves from people being real disrespectful in the way they’re speaking to each other.”
DO YOU THINK THIS REALITY FILLED PHOTO SHOOT WAS COVER-WORTHY?
Remember LIL’ ZANE, the pint-sized rapper with the baby face and panty-dropping lyrics?
In 2000, LIL’ ZANE was the peak of his career when he dropped his album Young World: The Future, that featured hit singles like “Callin’ Me” featuring 112, “None Tonight” and his verse on the single “Anywhere” by 112.
ZANE also ventured in the world of film, making cameo appearances in the films Fighting Temptations and Dr. Doolittle.
Just weeks ago, it was rumored that LIL’ ZANE had signed to Cash Money Records, but was later proven false.
Now, at 29 years old, LIL’ ZANE recently released a mixtape called R.A.W, an acronym for Raps About Women, and coincidentally just became a new father to a baby girl named Nina.

Looks like TAMI ROMAN is getting a taste of her own medicine.
The backlash TAMI received from her behavior on Monday night’s episode of Basketball Wives became so severe that the reality star felt forced to delete her Twitter account.
Many fans were so appalled by TAMI’s bullying against KESHA NICHOLS during their trip to Tahiti, another boycott has been started to get TAMI kicked off the show.
The website that created thee boycott mentions removing her from the show by “sending public social awareness that interracial discrimination and bullying of any kind is not acceptable (in) American society.”
No word on if or when TAMI will reactivate her Twitter account, but tell us do you think TAMI shutting down her Twitter was the right thing to do?
