A room filled with beautiful people, exquisite lifestyle, and great R&B music is exactly what was experienced at ATL LIVE on The Park this past Tuesday in Atlanta.

Held at Park Tavern in Piedmont Park once a month,  ATL LIVE is known for showcasing emerging new artists and bringing back the artists we love.

Hosted by KENNY BURNS of V-103, new artists JOVAN DIAS and DEMETRIA MCKINNEY hit the stage, along with R&B cutie VERSE SIMMONDS who headlined with his hit single “Buy You a Round,” and  his new single “Boo Thang,” featuring KELLY ROWLAND.

It was a juic-say evening to say the least.

This past weekend Atlanta had the party scene on lock for the 2011 BET Hip Hop Awards.

The weekend kicked off at Vanquish Lounge with JEEZY’s exclusive birthday extravaganza. Hosted by KENNY BURNS, from Atlanta’s V-103 , television stars DARIUS MCGRAY, CARL PAYNE, reality star TOYA CARTER, and producer JAZZE PHA sipped on Grey Goose and mingled all night.

The following night DIDDY hosted a party at Club Reign, with CIROC and celebrity friends MEMPHIZ WRIGHT, TOYA CARTER, and BUSTA RHYMES.

Last but not least the official award show after party went down, basement at Atl’s club Compound. Hosted again by DIDDY and T.I., who had just been released from his 10-month sentence for drug possession, partied the night away with his wife TINY and JEEZY to celebrate BET’s hip hop awards and his arrival back to game.

The 2011 BET Hip Hop Awards will air Tuesday October 11th, 8pm ET.
