This KANYE WEST alleged sextape drama is getting pretty messy.

WEST’s attorney LISA M. BUCKLEY recently sent a cease and desist letter to media sites that reported screenshots of KANYE from the alleged sex tape.

According to AllHipHop.com, WEST’s lawyer claims the video, of YEEZY and a woman who resembles his new gf KIM KARDASHIAN, was stolen from his personal computer and shopped around to different media outlets.

According to reports the letter states: “Be advised that the Screen Shot, as well as the Tape from which the Screen Shot was taken, were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr. West’s computer. Your posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and otherwise disseminating the stolen Screen Shot and/or other materials on the Tape constitute actionable violations of Mr. West’s rights of privacy and publicity.”

Him and KIM K. just grew so much closer.

Actress TARAJI P. HENSON is not playing any games with her son.

The Think Like A Man star, recently revealed on the Late Night With Jimmy Fallon Show, that she refused to pay for her son first semester of college, only to force him to get a job.

HENSON believes that because her son has grown up so privileged, he’s forgotten where he’s come from and thinks making him find a job, rather than not immediately enrolling into college will build character.

TASHA MARBURY, wife of ex-NBA player, STEPHON MARBURY is rumored to be one of the newest cast members of Basketball Wives: Miami.

According to TMZ, TASHA’s role on BBW Miami comes as a replacement in the removal of ROYCE REED, JENNIFER WILLIAMS, and KESHA NICHOLS from the show.

TASHA MARBURY, whose friendship with some of the other wives on the show has made her an ideal candidate, was said to have been approached to participate in the first season of the show but eventually declined.

We’re not too sure how TASHA’s role on the show will work out, but we’ll tune in to watch.

Becoming a new father hasn’t stopped JAY-Z‘s hustle at all.

The Brooklyn rapper and his wife, BEYONCE stopped by upper Manhattan’s Lounge La Marina yesterday, to celebrate the release of Bacardi’s latest cognac and JAY-Z’s newest endorsement, D’USSE cognac.

SWIZZ BEATZ, STEVE STOUTE, EBRO DARDAN and MEMPHIS BLEEK joined HOV and BEY as they sipped on signature drinks, Lorraine and Perfect Pour, two D’USSE cognac cocktails.

Uh-oh, it seems as though WIZ KHALIFA is in some trouble with the LAPD.

According to TMZ, WIZ KHALIFA allegedly hit a woman’s car last Wednesday and fled the scene before police officials arrived.

According to reports, the woman, who filed the claim, was working with WIZ on the set of an upcoming video and the accident in question happened when the video wrapped.

Calls to WIZ KHALIFA’s reps have yet to be returned but because of the severity of the charges we’re sure his response will be issued sooner than later.

Everyone knows Vogue editor-in-chief ANNA WINTOUR is no fan of reality stars and threw the biggest shade at KIM KARDASHIAN earlier this year by banning her from the Met Gala, but it looks like she’s had a change of heart, for none other than Ms. NENE LEAKES.

LEAKES, made famous for her role on the hit Bravo show, Real Housewives of Atlanta, will be featured in the October issue of Vogue.

The reality star and budding actress will be featured with her cast mates for NBC hit series New Normal.

NENE LEAKES, despite what you may think of her character on RHOA, has surpassed her 15 minutes of fame.

Well it’s about time!

CASSIE, and her long time rumored boyfriend, DIDDY, may have ended years of speculation by finally confirming their relationship via Twitter.

CASSIE began by making a huge public display of affection, tweeting a picture of DIDDY standing on a jetski, with the caption, “.love.him.”

Never one to be upstaged, DIDDY matched CASSIE’s enthusiasm, tweeting a picture of his leading lady smiling with the caption, “I’m a very lucky man #knowthat.”

Now that the couple has finally come clean maybe they’ll give some more insight into that huge ring CASSIE tweeted on her ring finger.
