Sadly, in 2012 many of our most beloved celebrities passed away in the most untimely manner, leaving many of us left with a great deal of sadness.

However, instead of mourning, Juicy would like to take time out to appreciate & celebrate the life and gifts, many of these late celebrities shared with us.

From the shocking death of actor MICHEAL CLARKE DUNCAN to world renowned superstar WHITNEY HOUSTON, we pay tribute to them, and list all the Juicy celebs this year who are gone but will never be forgotten…

What a way to top off 2012.

In addition to being re-elected for a second term as Commander in Chief of the United States, President BARACK OBAMA has also been named TIME Magazine‘s ‘Person of the Year’.

Featured on TIME‘s December cover, TIME’s managing editor, RICK STENGEL, spoke about choosing the POTUS as “Person Of The Year” saying, “We are in the midst of historic cultural and demographic changes, and Obama is both the symbol and in some ways the architect of this new America.”

The Breakfast Club on Power 105, DJ ENVY CHARLAMAGNE and ANGELA YEE, celebrated their second year The Breakfast Club on Power 105.1, DJ ENVY, CHARLAMAGNE THA GOD and ANGELA YEE, celebrated their second year anniversary at the Best Buy Theatre in NYC earlier this week.

Celebrities including TINY, TAMAR BRAXTON, FRENCH MONTANA, A$AP ROCY, WYCLEF, BOW WOW and LA LA ANTHONY came out for the celebration.

Complete with a performances from SWIZZ BEATZ and T.I., the celebration was a toast to their success on the airwaves.

Tons of celebrities including T.I. & TINY, TAMAR BRAXTON, FRENCH MONTANA, A$AP ROCY, WYCLEF, BOW WOW and LA LA ANTHONY came out for the celebration.

Professionally FRANK OCEAN has been on a winning with six Grammy Nominations for his hit album Channel Orange, but currently his family life doesn’t appear as successful.

FRANK OCEAN recently revealed on Twitter that his father is attempting to sue him for a whopping one million dollars.

“Father wanna sue me for a million. Like I owe him back child support. Weak individual bought me a swiss knife at 6yrs old and dipped on me,” OCEAN tweeted.

OCEAN who has expressed how he feels about the non-existent relationship with his father in his song, “There Will Be Tears,” ended his tweets with, ” I got his DNA though, maybe I inherited some of his karma too.”

The cause for his father’s lawsuit is still unknown.

Not many celebs are confident enough to go out in the public eye with a naked face.

Former Spice Girl, MEL B was spotted not to long ago leaving her hotel room make up free, but still managing to capture the eyes of the paparazzi.

BEYONCE, QUEEN LATIFAH, and MONIQUE are a few of the bold celebs who don’t mind giving their faces a break from heavy foundations, lipsticks and eye shadows while in the public eye.

Love and Hip Hop:Atlanta reality star, JOSELINE HERNANDEZ celebrated her 26th birthday at The Jungle nightclub in Atlanta.

The Jungle, a venue known to feature men in drag, ironically became the place HERNANDEZ and her celebrity friends chose to celebrate her born day.

Complete with a penis shaped cake, STEVIE J, DEELISHIS, SHENEKA ADAMS and DONDRIA were among the guests that helped HERNANDEZ bring in her new year.

25-year-old Basketball Wives:LA star DRAYA MICHELE has been hard at work preparing to launch her new clothing line, Fine Ass Girls this Christmas.

CIARA, who is no stranger to braided styles recently was was spotted on Twitter rocking her signature straight back cornrows with a little twist.

This time around the singer tweeted out a photo of her seven neatly shoulder length cornrows with blonde highlights, with the caption, “Return of the Rows.”

Her newest braided style differs slightly than the jet black cornrows that stopped at her waist in 2009
