Former Real Housewives Of Atlanta star, KIM ZOLCIAK recently replied to a lawsuit taken out against her from her former friend, KANDI BURRUSS.

Reps for ZOLCIAK released a statement disputing BURRUSS’ claims implying that this is all a publicity stunt.

The statement says, “The lawsuit for, “Tardy For The Party” is without merit and suspicious in its timing. We also find the handling of the lawsuit by another cast member on the show, and the timing of Kandi’s attempt to launch her own spinoff reality show, raises serious questions about the true motives behind the filing this lawsuit for alleged record royalties due from a song that was released over three and a half years ago.”

“To date, Kim has written checks to Kandi and Don Vito in excess of $23,000. In fact, we believe that Kim may have overpaid a portion of their share to date based on the actual record sales,” the statement continues.

RIHANNA has laryngitis? Fans in Boston say, “Ain’t nobody got time for that.”

One day after kicking off her Diamonds tour, RIHANNA revealed that she had to cancel her stop in Boston, because she is under the weather.

News of the show’s cancellation came in a statement released by LiveNation that revealed, “Unfortunately, following her sold-out concert on Friday, Rihanna has contracted laryngitis and per doctor’s instruction is unable to perform this evening.”

To which the Diamonds songstress apologetically tweeted, “#BOSTON this is the hardest thing for me to deal with! I feel like we’ve been waiting on this day forever, and I’m hurt that I let you down.”

RIHANNA ended her apology by saying, “I hate disappointing people that never ever let me down!! I’m so embarrassed about this! Thank you for your prayers and well wishes! #DWT”
