Superstar Makeup: Mally Roncal !!!

When celebs like BEYONCE, J.LO and MARIAH CAREY want that coveted luminous look they know who to call – MALLY RONCAL The burgeoning beauty mogul and celebrated makeup master gives Juicy tips for the holidays and her inspiration for Mally Beauty.

Who was your first celebrity client and how did that relationship come about?

That was the beautiful and talented KELLY OSBOURNE. TOMMY MOTOLA suggested me to do KELLY’s makeup for the Osbourne’s reality show. Since then I have been so incredibly blessed. I have gotten to work withso many fierce and fabulous celebrities such as IMAN, ANGELINA JOLIE, CELINE DION, MARY J BLIGE, JANET JACKSON, ALICIA KEYS, TAYLOR SWIFT, ROSARIO DAWSON and more!

Do you have a signature look or style?

I’m known for giving my clients the look of beautiful, healthy, glowing skin. That J.LO glow! I always want my clients to have that fresh, lit-from-within look. I don’t believe in piling on a whole bunch of products. I like to let their natural beauty shine through! But a little smoky eye never hurts.

What inspired you to create Mally Beauty?

Working as a celebrity makeup artist and the spokesperson for Sephora, I had access to literally every cosmetic line out there, from those .99 cent drugstore brands to the most elite luxury brands, but there still wasn’t any line that I really loved. My assistant, Teenie, and I would spend hours making these little concoctions, trying to find something we could use on our clients. I said to myself, there has to be a better way. I wanted something not only to use on my clients, but also on my friends, family and myself.

What are some of your favorite holiday beauty tips?

The holidays can get so crazy and hectic. It’s important to nail down that one look that makes you feel amazing. It can be as simple as taking your everyday routine and just amping it up a little bit. Try a sparkly version of your favorite eye shadow, or a little extra highlighter on your cheekbones to make them really pop.

What can Juicy readers look forward to from your beauty collection?

I have some really amazing innovations coming out that are going to change the way you feel about makeup. I am all about bringing you products that are bulletproof and high-performance. These are products that you can trust are not going to come off until you decide to take them off.
