Ludacris A Restaurant Owner?!?

Rapper LUDACRIS announced yesterday via Twitter his plans to open up his first restaurant.

The rapper who hasn’t been rapping to much these days, is working on opening up a second restaurant in Hartsfield-Jackson Airport in Atlanta.

“Im taking my restaurateur footprint into the busiest airport in the WORLD! Hartsfield-Jackson ATL International! Chicken & Beer coming soon!,” LUDA tweeted.

Naming the restaurant Chicken and Beer after his third studio album that dropped in 2003, seems to limit his menu choices, but the rapper remains excited.

“WE’RE TALKING ABOUT THE BUSIEST AIRPORT ON THE PLANET!! THIS IS HISTORY!! #chickenandbeer,” he continued to tweet.

The restaurant will make his biggest business venture since the release of his liquor brand Conjure, and the opening of his first restaurant The Straits in Atlanta.

Is that the whole menu, because that seems weird to only have three choices. Not just three choices, but three weird choices or combos. If I were to go to a restaurant I would want a little bit more choices. Maybe it’s just a specialty restaurant. http://www.moonwok.ca

Chicken sounds delicious right now. I bet your restaurant will do great in the Atlanta airport. There will be plenty of people hoping to relax after some long flights. This is a fantastic business idea. http://www.houseofchow.com.au

This is great way to get a stable income, rather than relying on a rapper’s unsteady pay. I wonder who he has taking care of his finances– he seems to be doing a better job than most celebrities. I’ll bet he hired an accountant to help him with his new business.

It seems like there are new restaurants popping up all over the place. I’m a big restaurant kind of guy. I love trying out new restaurants and finding my favorites. There is such a variety so I never get sick of eating out!

Did this ever take off? He said he wanted to put it in an airport. I’ve been in the mood to try some new food lately. There’s a few restaurants in my town I’ve always seen, but never visited. I might go check this out tomorrow night http://www.gabrielsrestaurant.ca/en/
