After garnering success from her cameo, NIVEA went on to release two singles, “Don’t Mess With the Radio,” and “Don’t Mess With My Man,” off of her self-titled debut album, released in 2002.
In the midst of her fame, NIVEA found love with LIL WAYNE, got engaged, ended the engagement, and shortly after tied the knot with up-and-coming music producer, TERIUS THE DREAM NASH, in 2004.
After tying the knot, NIVEA debuted the first single from her follow up album, Complicated, entitled “Okay,” featuring LIL JON and YOUNG BLOODZ. However, in the midst of promoting her sophomore album, NIVEA gave birth to her first child, NAVY NASH, causing her label to scale back album promotion.
With less than stellar album sales in the US, 11-months later, NIVEA and THE DREAM welcomed twin boys CHRISTIAN and LONDON NASH before NIVEA and then husband THE DREAM called it quits and divorced in 2007.
Two years later, NIVEA gave birth to her son, with rapper LIL WAYNE, NEAL CARTER, and since 2010 NIVEA has released few singles, one mixtage titled, Nivea: Undercover, and a few features.
With a album release that was slated in 2012 but never dropped, NIVEA has not made headlines for new music for quite some time. However her personal life stays in the news, and recently she was spotted at her 31st birthday celebration looking heavier in her mid section, which led to rumors that the mother of four was potentially expecting her fifth child
