The High Life: Rihanna Steps Out A Cannibus Cafe!!

Roll up, and roll out.

Allegedly that’s exactly what pop singer RIHANNA did while visiting Amsterdam, for what appears to be her European lewdness tour.

On Tuesday the singer was photographed stepping out of Bulldog Cafe – one of the first places to start selling weed in Holland after it was decriminalised in 70s, wearing a furry trapper hat and sunglasses to cover those low eyes.
