Tonight marks the reunion of season 1 of Basketball Wives LA. We couldn’t help but notice how the LA and Miami ladies use the show as a platform to show life from their point of view and more importantly, disprove the undeniable fact that they’re all groupies. But no matter what they say, we know that fame and fortune are incentives to be in relationships with these men. These women put up with things that most women wouldn’t – infidelity, legal issues, and just plain ol’ busted-looking men.

But these imperfections are much easier to tolerate when said man is keeping those red bottoms on your feet! No matter how many business ventures they have or charities they contribute to, the women of Basketball Wives all somehow qualify themselves in the groupie category. After all you don’t really marry a basketball player for monogamy.
