NE-YO has a new job.

R&B sensation, NE-YO has announced that he has left his record label Def Jam to become the Senior VP of A&R at MOTOWN Records.

As Senior Vice President of A&R, NE-YO’s new gig will have him working as a producer, songwriter and mentor for the label’s artists and charge him with seeking out new talent.

This deal is the perfect opportunity for NE-YO’s current talent on Compound Entertainment to really shine.
