A few weeks ago BEYONCE debuted her fab, post-baby figure and she looked better than ever.
Since then, tongues have been waggin’ about what she did for such a speedy turnaround and now we get the scoop from her personal trainer, MARCO BORGES.
Since the birth of lil’ BLUE IVY, BORGES has taken residency with the Carters and has put BEY on an intensive workout regimen.
An insider tipped off Star Magazine and told them, “Beyonce and Marco are up at 5 a.m. for a two-hour workout, and they do it again at 5 p.m. They do a mix of cardio, pilates, plyometrics, yoga, and of course dance.”
In regards to mama’s diet the source says that BEYONCE has been on “…protein shakes, egg-white omelettes, pineapple chunks, and lots of ice-cold water… She’s exhausted but totally dedicated. Beyonce’s vowed to have a better body than ever before and she’s a woman of her word.”
