Deuces: Halle Berry Moving to Europe???

HALLE BERRY is trying to get outta here!

The United States, that is.  BERRY has filed papers with a court judge petitioning her move to France with fiancé OLIVER MARTINEZ and daughter NAHLA AUBRY.

According to TMZ, BERRY wants out of the US because she’s afraid for her life and the safety of her child.

Recently BERRY has received multiple death threats and even had a stalker (who escaped from a mental institution) and trespassed onto her property.

Though this may help things, BERRY’s ex and baby daddy GABRIEL AUBRY isn’t having it,  and believes that this is just a way to keep him from his daughter.

Hopefully this isn’t au revoir forever…
