BET ‘ The Game’ Creates A New Melanie and Derwin!!

Now that both TIA MOWRY and POOCH HALL have left the game, the characters ‘Melanie an Derwin’ will obviously “disappear” from the show.

With BET’s efforts to retain their viewers, they have decided instead of looking for two new actors to fill MOWERY and HALL’s shoes as Melanie and Derwin, they will write in to different character who follow similar storylines.

Fans of The Game know that last season ended with Melanie and Derwin taking a trip to Baltimore so that Melanie could pursue her residency at Johns Hopkins. Instead of returning with two new faces BET has decided to introduce ‘Kiera and Byrce.’

Kiera 20-year-old former child star who has been in the spotlight since she was five years old and starring on a “Cosby” style sitcom, will fall in love with a Bryce “The Blueprint” Westbook – a #1, Ivy League draft pick running back who breaks every “dumb athlete” stereotype.

We’re not sure if every fans will buy into the sudden switch up, but it’s worth a shot.
