Daddy’s Little Girl: Jay-Z Holds Baby Blue!!!

BLUE IVY already has few stamps in her passport.

Over the weekend, the CARTER’s were spotted on a family outing in France.

Rap mogul, JAY-Z put on his daddy hat, and was captured in a cute moment carrying his daughter BLUE IVY.

BLUE,  who is quickly becoming as much of her celebrity as her super star parents was wrapped in blanket with her navy blue leggings and chunky legs peeking out.

The famous family is in the country supporting JAY-Z during his successful ‘Watch The Throne’ tour.

Mama BEY was also snapped looking unusually frail.
