Frank Ocean Confirms His ‘First Love’ Was A Man!!!

Singer songwriter FRANK OCEAN, made his mark in music since  being one of the few featured artists on JAY-Z and KANYE WEST‘s Watch The Throne album released last year, and now has become the first hip hop act to openly admit he’s gay.

The 24-year-old has confirmed the rumors that spread like wildfire yesterday that questioned his sexuality, by writing an in depth passage on his Tumblr about the very first time he fell in love with a man.

“Four summers ago, I met somebody. I was 19 years old. He was too. We spent that summer, and the summer after, together. Everyday almost. And on the days we were together, time would glide. Most of the day I’d see him, and his smile.”

“Sleep I would often share with him. By the time I realised I was in love, it was malignant. It was hopeless. There was no escaping, no negotiating to the women I had been with, the ones I cared for and thought I was in love with.”

“I sat there and told my friend how I felt. I wept as the words left my mouth. I grieved for then. Knowing I could never take them back for myself. He patted my back. He said kind things. He did his best, but he wouldn’t admit the same.”

His says the clarification of his sexuality was intended to be on the album credits of his upcoming album Channel Orange, set to release on July 17th.

However after BBC 1 Xtra‘s DJ MAX, broke the news that started the rumors OCEAN may have been struggling with his sexuality – he decided to clear things up right away.

Fellow ODD FUTURE member TYLER THE CREATOR has come forth on his Twitter to show his label mate his support, “My big brother finally f*****g did that. Proud of that n***a cause I know that s**t is difficult or whatever.”
