Morris Chestnut, Where Have You Been?

The super fine MORRIS CHESTNUT went missing for a while, but he’s back, and joining the cast of Kick-Ass 2.

CHESTNUT will play the role of Hit-Girl’s adoptive father, and will make his first role back to the big screen since his brief cameo in the film Think Like A Man earlier this year.

Directed by Jeff Wadlow, both JOHN LEGUIZAMO and DONALD FAISON join the cast as newbies, and Kick Ass 1 star NICOLAS CAGE will return to the to make a cameo in the sequel.

Kick-Ass 2‘s script is an adaptation of both Mark Millar’s comic book of the same name and his Hit-Girl spinoff, and is scheduled for release in May 2013.
