The BET 2012 Hip-Hop Awards Nominations Are In!!!

MIKE EPPS is slated to make his fourth appearance as the host of the 7th annual BET Hip-Hop awards.

KANYE WEST leads the nomination lists with 17 nominations, including Best Hip Hop Video and Lyricist of the Year.

2 CHAINZ follows KANYE’s lead, with 13 nods while DRAKE is nominated for 11 awards.

Other nominees included A$AP ROCKY, J.COLE, WALE, RICK ROSS, NAS, and newcomer KENDRICK LAMAR.

The 7th annual BET Hip-Hop Awards will be filmed on September 29th in Atlanta, and air October 9th.
