Video: Chad Johnson Will Not Serve Jail Time!!!

Now that CHAD JOHNSON and EVELYN LOZADA have been officially declared divorced,  a little more than a month after his arrest on a domestic battery charge – the six-time Pro Bowl wide receiver will not be headed to the slammer.

Faced with a misdemeanor battery charge, JOHNSON is set to plead either guilty or no contest, and agree to a no-contact order that would block him from communicating with LOZADA in order to avoid jail.

He will also have to probation and complete extensive anger management counseling.

In an interview with Showtime‘s “Inside the NFL” JOHNSON says he’s already on it.

“”I’m trying to find out how can I channel my anger when I’m in situations to where I would pop off,” he says.
