Worth Watching: ‘Scandal’ Season 2 Tonight!!!

Tonight, the inimitable Olivia Pope is returning to primetime and Juicy just can’t wait!

Since ABC premiered the political drama Scandal last April, it has been well-received and grown a national following, so it was only natural that creator, SHONDA RHIMES was given the green light to create a new season.

Actress KERRY WASHINGTON who stars as Olivia Pope, political “fixer” and owner of crisis management firm Pope & Associates, is guaranteed to bring more jaw-drop-worthy plotlines we’ve grown to love.

Actors COLUMBUS SHORT (Harrison Wright), GUILLERMO DIAZ (Huck Finn), KATIE LOWES (Quinn Perkins), and DARBY STANCHFIELD (Abby Whelan) are confirmed mainstays.

The charming associate, Stephen Fitch, played by HENRY IAN CUSICK has been written out of the series. Additionally, BELLAMY YOUNG’s character of First Lady Mellie Grant and JOSHUA MALINA’s character of U.S. Attorney David Rosen have been amended from recurring appearances to season regulars.

Season 2 of Scandal premieres tonight on ABC at 10p.m. EST.
