Juicy Exclusive: Eva Marcille Says ‘Good Girls Can Win In Reality Shows’ !!!

The finale of Girlfriend Confidential:LA airs tonight, and former America’s Next Top Model winner, EVA MARCILLE caught up with Juicy to discuss balancing her acting and modeling careers, what separates her new show from the reality tv “mess”, and how a man doesn’t have to dictate her success.

Juicy: Earlier this season, we saw you struggling to find the balance between your modeling and acting careers, have you been able to find a balance?

Eva Marcille: Finding balance is a day to day thing. I keep the proper people around me as far as my advisers are concerned to help make sure that balance is sustained.

Juicy: How does your show separate you a stigma associated with reality television?

EM: I love reality TV but I didn’t want to make something that’s already out there. I wanted to add to the genre and show women of color who are career oriented, that have a dream in entertainment and show us in a different light. We truly and genuinely care about each other. No matter how much we might argue, we’ll always find a way to come back to a common ground because we love each other more then we love this business.

Juicy: How do you manage being a good girlfriend to your new boo while still being a good girl friend to your home girls?

EM: The most important thing is making sure your friends actually like your boyfriend it makes things a lot easier. My friends love my boyfriend, it makes it a lot easier to go on group dates and hang out in group settings.

Juicy: What do you want think you accomplished with this first season of your show?

EM: We all have a dream and we all want to do something. Hopefully this show has shown young people and other women of every color that good girls can win. You don’t have to marry rich or be attached to a man to make you someone in this business.
