Ludacris Sued For Copyright Infringement!!!

Another day, another lawsuit.

Rapper LUDACRIS, is the most recent celeb to be hit with a copyright infringement suit.

On October 1st, DEMITRY AND DONNA EVANS-BROWN filed suit against the Atlanta rapper, claiming his record label, “Disturbing Tha Peace” infringes upon their trademarked “Disturb The Peace,” phrase.

The lawsuit claims that the BROWN’s have been using “Disturb The Peace” to sell visual and audio merchandise since 1988 and that LUDACRIS illegally filed a trademark registration in 2011.
