KEVIN HART may be hilarious, but he should know operating a vehicle while intoxicated in no laughing matter.

The comedian was arrested over the weekend, after California Highway Patrol officers spotted HART driving erratically in a black Mercedes going 90 MPH on the freeway around 4:30 AM.

Officers report that he almost collided with a gas tanker truck, an addition to failing all sobriety tests, showed “”objective signs of intoxication.”

KEVIN was captured by the TMZ cams admitting to being drunk, denying the inclusion of a gas tanker truck, and explained his second charge for resisting arrest.

His girlfriend ENIKO was with him during the arrest, and came to meet him upon his release.

Actors TIA MOWRY and husband CORY HARDICT renewed their vows over the weekend.

Originally married in April 2008, the pair celebrated their 5-year anniversary with a small ceremony on the beach in Malibu.

Sources say HARDICT carried their nearly 2-year-old son CREE down the aisle, as TIA who wore a “white dress with cutouts on the sides and had on a sparkly headband,” later walked down the aisle to meet them.

According to E! News, MOWRY and HARDICT exchanged their vows in front of 20 people, who all dressed in white in honor of the couple.

After pleading guilty in June 2012 to “intentionally and willingly” failing to file federal tax returns for the $1.8 million she earned between 2005 to 2007, LAURYN HILL claims she did not file taxes because of dangerous threats put on her life.

Later this month HILL sadly faces up to three years in jail for federal and state unpaid taxes, but has since filed documents asking the court to rethink her sentencing.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, HILL explains that she stopped paying taxes “when she withdrew from society at large due to what she perceived as manipulation and very real threats to herself and her family”.

The are no specifics on what type of threats she received, but it would appear….

51-year-old comedian, MARK CURRY, has bringing the laughs since the late 1980′s. From stand up shows to leading roles on television sitcoms to hosting radio and television shows, MARK CURRY has left a mark on the comedy world.

CURRY’s road to stardom began in 1987, after the Oakland native started performing stand up comedy shows throughout the LA comedy circuit. The up-and-coming comedian landed his big screen debut in the 1991 film, Talkin’ Dirty After Dark.

After a successful stint in the film, CURRY received a leading role in the television sitcom, Hanging With Mr. Cooper. For five seasons, CURRY had the pleasure of playing ‘Marcus Cooper,’ an NBA player from Oakland turned substitute teacher, along with actress HOLLY ROBINSON PEETE.

CURRY took a little break from acting after Hanging With Mr. Cooper went off the air in 1997, but returned with a reoccurring role as DREW CAREY‘s boss on the sitcom, The Drew Carey show in 2000…

So apparently REEBOK couldn’t handle the criticism they received for supporting RICK ROSS as an endorser for the brand after his highly controversial lyric in the song, “U.O.E.N.O,” that glorified date rape.

REEBOK has since fired ROSS, and removed their affiliation with Maybach Music Group’s frontman.

“Reebok holds our partners to a high standard, and we expect them to live up to the values of our brand. Unfortunately, Rick Ross has failed to do so,” Reebok told TMZ.

ROSS has issued an apology via Twitter and through an official statement, but REEBOK like many activists and rape survivors are not going for it.

REEBOK continued, “While we do not believe that Rick Ross condones sexual assault, we are very disappointed he has yet to display an understanding of the seriousness of this issue or an appropriate level of remorse.”

Rappers just might start watching what they say…

The first collaboration between the two artists, “How Many Drinks,” remix is a flirty and fun track where MIGUEL and LAMAR try to determine what it will take for a certain someone to go home with them.

In a very unlikely series of events, the White House has officially released a statement regarding JAY-Z‘s new song “Open Letter.”

During a White House press briefing, press secretary JAY CARNEY clarified the claims made in JAY-Z’s newly released song.

CARNEY stated,”I am absolutely saying that the White House and the President on down had nothing to do with anybody’s personal, anybody’s travel to Cuba. That is something the Treasury handles.”

Questions regarding which federal department authorized the superstar’s travel clearance to Cuba arose after Hov rapped, “I turned Havana into Atlanta…Boy from the ‘hood, I got White House clearance…Obama said ‘chill you gonna get me impeached.’ (But) you don’t need this s*** anyway. Chill with me on the beach.”
