Earlier this week, Georgia Tech held the Legends and Leaders event which celebrated the 50th anniversary of the school’s integration.
Hosted by actress KESHIA KNIGHT PULLIAM, the award ceremony featured a keynote speech by DR. MICHAEL LOMAX, President of United Negro College Fund, and was attended by actress KIM FIELDS, singer JADE SIMMONS and most notably, some of the school’s first Black graduates.
The Georgia Tech Black Alumni Organization (GTBAO) worked with PULLIAM to honor the legacies of the school’s remarkable alumni and they also donated to the actress’s non-profit organization, Kamp Kizzy.
