MARLON WAYANS just might actually get off of Twitter and finally return to TV.

The actor/comedian will star, write and produce a sitcom for ABC.

According to Deadline.com, “The comedy, which has an odd couple/buddy cop comedy feel to it, centers on two brothers, both cops. Being down on his luck, one of them moves in with his brother and his family.”

Wonder if he’ll help resurrect the career of his  “zesty” brother Shawn, and bring him to the back to play the other cop?

Young Money superstars NICKI MINAJ and DRAKE were the musical guests on this week’s episode of Saturday Night Live.

LIL WAYNE’S two protegees performed the single “Make Me Proud,” fresh off DRAKE’s upcoming album Take Care to be released later this month.

The performance was what we expected: NICKI stroking her hair and making schizophrenic facial expressions while DRAKE’s eyes were glued to that ass. They ended with a hug and kiss, and it’s always cute to see their chemistry play out on stage.

Reminding us of his Disney roots in acting, DRAKE also performed in two comedy skits earlier in the show.

We salute BET for doing original programming that highlights the Black family in a positive light. In 2011, Reed Between The Lines is cute attempt to do what The Cosby Show did for TV over 20 years ago. This time around it’s not necessarily about acknowledging the fact that black professionals that are achieving the “American Dream” exist (duh, we have a Black President) as much as it’s about knowing that our stories don’t just revolve around reality television drama, sports, and entertainment….

New Basketball Wives LA star DRAYA MICHELE has been linked to a slew of male celebrities and athletes. From R&B singer CHRIS BROWN and pothead rapper WIZ KHALIFA to former LA Lakers player JAVARIS CHITTENTON, the girl sure does know how to make her way around a room.

Move over KIM ZOLCIAK, you’re not the only Real Housewife is getting her own show.

Bravo has greenlit The Kandi Factory,  a new special following The Real Housewives of Atlanta star, KANDI BURRUSS.

Ever since the multi-platinum songwriter turned KIM ZOLCIAK‘s single “Tardy for the Party,” into a digital download phenomenon, she has been bombarded by thousands of wannabe artists desperate for her assistance.

Burruss believes she can turn anyone with raw talent and drive into “something hot” and her show the Kandi Factory will give aspiring artists a shot at their dream. The show will capture a unique look at her under appreciated music career as Kandi turns two music hopefuls into the next big popstar.

Sex toys, music, and television – KANDI is on one, and we look forward to tuning in.

How mad is NENE LEAKES right now?

NBC has announced that Young Money rapper Drizzy DRAKE will make an appearance on Saturday Night Live on Oct. 15.

Drake will be on the SNL set  two weeks before the release of his highly anticipated sophomore album, Take Care, which drops on Oct. 24.  Drake will take the stage as SNL’s musical guest, alongside host ANNA FARIS.

It’s still unconfirmed whether or not Drake will be in acting in a sketch, but the former Disney star has more than enough acting experience to pull it off.  This will be the rapper’s first SNL appearance, following labelmates NICKI MINAJ and LIL WAYNE.

DRAKE recently posted his forthcoming album’s artwork on his blog, along with a personal note to fans. “Your life and mine are scheduled to meet on October 24 … I wouldn’t miss it for the world.”

Sistah’s are breaking strides when it comes to prime time TV.

Congrats are in order for the first ever African-American “angel,” ANNIE ILONZEH, who made her prime time debut last night of the ABC’s Charlie’s Angel.

ILONZEH, a former General Hospital regular,  plays Kate  in the television incarnation of the throwback film produced by former angel DREW BARRYMORE.

“We’re trying to do Charlie’s Angels for our time, in 2011. It’s grounded in relationships, so there’s that new spin on it,” ILONZEH dishes. Which may be part of the reason that  that Old Spice spokesman ISAIAH MUSTAFA plays her ex-fiancé in the show.With his fine self, we wonder if that romance only stayed on screen…but hey don’t let us start a rumor…

JOHN LEGEND is expanding his brand and moving into television.

The Grammy Award wining singer recently sold his sitcom, Mixed Blessings, to NBC under his film company – Get Lifted Film Co.

A family comedy produced by LEGEND and his partner Mike Jackson, follows the story of a hip-hop artist who finds his son is living with a white adoptive family in the suburbs and tries to re-enter his life and build a relationship.

LEGEND will executive producer the show along with three others, and we’re keeping our fingers crossed that his show does better in ratings than his last album did in units. #Shade

An arsenal of blonde wigs, a brand new baby, two sassy teenage daughters and a naiive fiancee?

Sounds like the makings of a juicy, drama-filled reality show. That’s just what Bravo had in mind when they offered Real Housewives of Atlanta star and homewrecker KIM ZOLCIAK her own spin-off series. The show will be modeled after Real Housewives star BETHENNY FRANKEL’S spin-off Bethenny Getting Married and will showcase KIM in the light of a new mom, fiancee, and career woman (whatever career that is.)

The confirmation of the new show stirs up lots of controversy in the Real Housewives camp, as the obvious choice for a spin-off would have been KIM’s arch enemy NENE LEAKES who starred in Celebrity Apprentice earlier this year.

NENE has made it loud and clear during several interviews that she had her sights set on landing her own spin-off on Bravo, but the network just wasn’t feeling it. Knowing network gave the spot to the object of NENE’s disgust has to sting!

KIM’s new series might reveal the answers to some of the most perplexing questions we have about her. What’s her real age? What caused the split with the mysterious BIG POPPA?  More importantly, what’s really underneath that wig? *SNATCH*
