Singer TREY SONGZ is churning out the new music like he’s a machine.

The Virginia native released his newest single, “Heart Attack,” just days after the release of his video, “Sex Ain’t Better Than Love.”

“Heart Attack,” an angry love ballad about how it feels to breakup with someone you love, will appear on his newest album Chapter V set to release some time this summer.

TREY talked to Billboard about his newest album, “This fifth album, which is very monumental for me — what I am, where I came from and where I’m going. I… just think it’s going to be very fluent, very diverse yet very cohesive album.”

NICKI MINAJ announced yesterday that the song titled “Right By My Side,” will be her newest single or her forth coming album  Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded.

The rapper has teamed up with CHRIS BROWN for ‘Right By My Side’, which will serve as the second single to be lifted from the new album.

The track has been made available on US iTunes,  and will be sent to radio on March 27.

‘Right By My Side’ follows MINAJ’s recent pop cut ‘Starships’, which has already reached number six on the US Hot 100.

MINAJ sophomore studio album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded will be released on April 3.

It was only a matter of time until Canada natives MELANIE FIONA and rapper DRAKE linked up to put out some great music.

FIONA, who is set to release her forthcoming album sophomore album The MF Life next week, gives us her newest single “I Been That Girl,” co-written by DRIZZY DRAKE.

The two were a part of a group called The Renaissance when they were teens in Toronto, but waited until now to do something together in their adult musical careers.

Rapper J.COLE has finally released the video for his hit new single, “Nobody’s Perfect,” from his hugely popular album, Cole World: Sideline Story.

A super slim MISSY ELLIOTT is featured as COLE’s therapist in video singing the catchy hook, but also takes home producer credits.

Directed by Collin Tilley, the track samples Curtis Mayfield‘s song “Think.”

“Novacane,” singer FRANK OCEAN has “officially” released the track, “Thinking About You.”

Back in July of last year OCEAN had posted the song on his tumblr, and quickly took it down. It didn’t take long for the song to then be recorded by BRIDGET KELLY with writer credits given to FRANK OCEAN.

However, yesterday the song reappeared with OCEAN’s vocals, further adding to the confusion of who or which album the song will appear on. Regardless, the soothing sound of the track is sure to be guaranteed hit.

Juicy certified artist ADELE‘s album, 21, released February 22, 2011 and has just spent its 23rd week as the number one album in the US.

Continuing in its popularity, the album remains at the top of  Billboard 200 after selling 247,000 copies over the past seven days.

The only other artist close to this success is PRINCE, whose album, Purple Rain, remained the #1 album for 24 weeks in 1984 and 1985.

If ADELE can stay on top for two more weeks, 25 total, she will beat PRINCE’s record for the longest number-one running record of all time.

Before there was a RI-RI, there was a MIMI, and she’s baacckkkk!

Last night MARIAH CAREY stepped out and performed live onstage at New York’s Gotham Hall for the first time since giving birth to birth to fraternal twins MORROCCAN and MONROE.

Accompained by  hubby NICK CANNON, the Grammy winner sang a number of her hits during the short performance, from “Hero” to “We Belong Together” to the Jackson 5 cover “I’ll Be There.”

CAREY’s performance was a part of the “Plot Your Escape Tour,”  a free live-streamed concert series that includes performances from various artists such as MAROON 5, MARY J. BLIGE, LIL WAYNE, CEE LO GREEN and others performing in different cities across the country simultaneously.

CAREY ended the night thanking her fans and joked: “Catch me at my real show next time.”

Just in time for Valentine’s Day MILIAN released her first single with YOUNG MONEY titled “Mr. Valentine”– a song that takes you to the islands with it’s latin rhythms.

It’s been a while since we’ve heard anything on the music front from MILIAN, maybe YMCMB can make career magic for her like the way they had for NICKI MINAJ and DRAKE!
