TIONNE “T-BOZ” WATKINS, formerly of the R&B group TLC, has just released her debut single as a solo artist entitled, “Champion.”

Known for her own personal struggles and health challenges, T-BOZ delivers inspiration throughout the track as she sings, “It seems that they’ve underestimated you again. Show them what you’re made of, show them what you’re made of.”

T-BOZ ironically revealed her new track shortly after it was featured on her new reality show Totally T-Boz last night.

Information regarding an album title or release date for T-BOZ’s upcoming project has yet to be announced.

R&B singer, KELLY ROWLAND recently debuted her latest single, “Kisses Down There.”

Produced by Mike WILL MADE IT, “Kisses Down There,” is an overtly enticing track that explaining exactly where ROWLAND likes to be kissed.
