Grammy award-winning artist NE-YO and Compound Entertainment hosted their annual midnight brunch on Saturday, February 11th at Hollywood hotspot Supper Club, sponsored by Malibu Red.

The brunch rightfully turned into a WHITNEY HOUSTON tribute party, and stars such as Will.I.Am, NICOLE MURPHY, JILL MARIE SCOTT, and former co-star TRACIE ELLIS ROSS, singers KELIS, AMERIE, ESTELLE, and CIARApartied the night away to HOUSTON’s music spun by DJ MOS.

ROSCI DIAZ, VANESSA SIMMONS, CARMEN ELECTRA, JESSE WILLIAMS, ELISE NEAL, KEKE PALMER and many more were also in the building celebrating HOUSTON’s legacy by dancing to her hit songs, while surprisingly RAY-J even made a brief appearance after leaving Clive Davis’ party to celebrate his sister BRANDY‘s birthday.

BRANDY was presented with a cake and serenaded with a birthday song by MASHA AMBROSIUS. Singer MIGUEL also did a special surprise live performance for guests.

Destiny’s Child alum MICHELLE WILLIAMS hit the stage yesterday at NYC’s Triad Theater for a private performance and proved she has “survived.”

Access was granted to our senior editor Taiia Smart Young, and web editor Shirea L. Carroll for a sneak peak of her chic, new look, courtesy of celeb stylist extraordinaire JUNE AMBROSE.

The preview was filmed for Ambrose’s much-anticipated makeover show “Styled by June,” which premieres on VH1 in March. Other celebs who’ve entered the “Juniverse” for a dose of re-branding and image tinkering, include JALEEL WHITE, DA BRAT AND TRINA.

After singing the heartfelt ballad, “On the Run,” Williams posed for a few pictures with her “Twitter babies” and chatted with Juicy about “embracing” her style transformation, including ditching her short ’do, in favor of long, wavy ombré tresses.

Rocking all-black menswear fits, including a sheer blouse, plus sky-high Christian Louboutin stilts, Williams told Juicy, “I feel like a bawse!”

Days after rumors surfaced that singer NE-YO was cheating on the mother of his two children, the new senior VP of Motown was caught in the strip club making it rain.

TMZ reports and NE-YO was living it up in Atlanta at one of the more popular nudie venues, Magic City.

They’ve obtained explicit pictures of NE-YO sliding dollars down a woman’s bare bareback with his crotch strategically placed on her bottom.

Reports say NE-YO tricked off an estimated $5000 that night in the VIP section until 2 am, with his girlfriend Monyetta Shaw in attendance.

With each passing twitter rant day, it becomes more and more obvious that RIHANNA is still not over ex-boyfriend, singer CHRIS BROWN - and the feeling might be mutual.

The Bajan singer and her estranged ex-boyfriend partied it up in the same nightclub this weekend. Both singers were seen leaving Greystone Manor, a nightclub in West Hollywood, with their respective entourages.

Onlookers say they did not witness the two interact, but it’s hard to believe that their run-in was a coincidence – especially since RIHANNA has been subtweeting CHRIS for weeks now.

In fact, just last week Rihanna retweeted rapper WIZ KHALIFA, perhaps to send a messge to you know who:

“#TheresNoReason to cheat, there never is. If you’re not happy with the relationship then don’t be a coward, just end it.”

As everyone knows, CHRIS is now in a relationship with model KARREUCHE TRAN. But some think RIHANNA’s tweets suggest that she and CHRIS still creep around, and Rih Rih tweets to subliminally make the new chick jealous.

We think it’s safe to say that if it weren’t for the public scrutiny they’d face, these two would still be an item.

Last night rapper JAY-Z hosted the grand re-opening of his club 40/40 in NYC.

After being closed down to the public for renovations back in June 2011, last night the club opened to reveal the new look.

There was much speculation that both JAY-Z and BEYONCE would make an appearance, but like any good mommy she passed on the party and stayed home with her newborn, while JAY-Z came through like a boss, with billionaire guest WARREN BUFFETT.

SPIKE LEE, RUSSELL SIMMONS, IRV GOTTI, ASHANTI, RICO LOVE, QUESTLOVE, SELITA EBANKS, SYLVIA RHONE, WALE and AJ CALLOWAY were all were in the building to support.

The BLACK OPULENCE GIFTING SUITE was nothing, but black excellence.

Over the weekend, THE BLACK OPULENCE GIFTING SUITE took place at the K Street Lounge in Washington, DC. Hosted by ROCSI DIAZ from 106 & PARK and VISANTHE SHIANCOE of the MINNESOTA VIKINGS, it was an afternoon-long swag-filled soiree.  With cocktails flowing and complimentary manicures on site, the warm and cozy event allowed guests in both the beauty and hair care industry to wine down prior to the BET HONORS.

Guests also received plentiful goody bags filled with products from sponsors, FUZE, Hairinfinity, Malaika For Life, Qream Liquor, Nothing But, Just Monsta Shoes and many others. This event was certified JUICY!

In our nation’s capitol over the holidays Juicy Magazine teamed up Hair Cafe DC to help sponsor the 2nd annual 24 Hours For a Cause Event.

The Hair Cafe executed a 24 hr Hair-a-thon in support of Autism Speaks.  The event kicked off on Dec. 23 at 9am, and went on non-stop until 9 am the next day.

Beauty and hair technicians were on hand offering women hairstyling, makeup services, mani and pedis, which 10 percent of all proceeds were donated  to the Autism Speaks Charity.

Autism Speaks which is the nation’s largest autism science and advocacy organization, dedicated to funding research into the causes, prevention, treatments and a cure for autism; increasing awareness of autism spectrum disorders; and advocating for the needs of individuals with autism and their families.

Juicy gals came out to support while sipping on Qream Liquor holiday cocktails, and trying products by Carol’s Daughter and Beautiful Textures.

During the holidays, celebrities like to travel to warmer destinations and spend the holidays in the sun. So it only made sense for party expert DIDDY to host a New Year soriee in sunny Miami.

Held on his private estate on Star island, Diddy partied it up with his celebrity comorades.

RIHANNA (with MATT KEMP), VIVICA FOX, NENE LEAKES, ADRIENNE BAILON, BUSTA RHYMES, GAYLE KING, SELITA EBANKS, JANICE COMBS, STAR JONES, NELLY, TERRENCE J and his on-again, off-again wifey KIM PORTER all were in attendance.

DJ CASSIDY was responsible for all the tunes, and DIDDY made sure he and his star studded crowd Ciroc’d the night.

SHAUNIE O’NEAL celebrated her “37th” birthday over the weekend.

Of course cast mates TAMI ROMAN, SUZIE KETCHAM, JENNIFER WILLIAMS, KENYA BELL, AND EVELYN LOZADA (who also celebrated her birthday this weekend),  were in attendance.

Guests enjoyed Ciroc cocktails named in honor of SHAUNIE, and at the end of the night SHAUNIE was presented with a Ciroc Coconut infused cake in the shape of the Louis Vuitton Neverfull.
