MELYSSA FORD can now add real estate broker to her growing portfolio.

The video model-turned-actress recently completed an intensive three month training program with Blu Realty group and is now an official real estate broker with the esteemed reality company.

So far, FORD has used her newly found expertise to assist in closing a $15 million dollar sale in New York’s Central Park South area.

FORD looks to combine her affluence within the entertainment and professional sports industries with her growing passion for real estate to expand Blu Realty’s diverse clientele.

The premiere of TVone’s new scripted series, Belle’s, aired last Friday, and Basketball Wives Miami reality star TAMI ROMAN caught up with Juicy to discuss her transition from reality TV into acting.

ROMAN known for being candid, talks about how she has embraced her new role as Lorretta on Belle’s, the brewing tension within the “inner circle” on this season of Basketball Wives Miami, and the proper use of the NV diet pills she currently endorses.

Juicy: Congrats on your new show! What exactly is the premise?

Tami Roman: It’s a very nice mix of comedy and drama dealing with a lot of cultural issues but uses comedy as the back drop. What I love about Belle’s is that it always has some kind of message, even within the comedy. Ed Weinberger, creator of the show, the person that created The Cosby Show, Taxi, and Amen so really wanted a certain footprint for the show. He didn’t want any stereotypical black comedy. He didn’t want buffoonery, he really wanted these characters to be of substance so he really made us stay within that frame of mind each day we stepped on step.

Juicy: Describe your character, ‘Loretta’…

TR: She’s really the ‘prima donna’ of the family. She’s daddy’s girl, trying to be in the music business, she’s trying to model, she’s trying to find a rich husband, she’s just all over the place. She’s very sassy, very feisty in her attitude, it’s a lot of elements already in Loretta I can see in myself. It was very easy for me to play this character….

WENDY WILLIAMS is on the come up.

The infamous day time talk show host, recently created Wendy Williams Prods, a television production company, with her husband/manager KEVIN HUNTER as her partner.

According to The Deadline, WILLIAMS and HUNTER’s company will “focus on development and production of reality, game and talk shows for cable and broadcast markets.”

Known for her nationally syndicated The Wendy Williams Show, WILLIAMS will serve as an executive producer on all of the projects that are created through her new production company.

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE performed at DirectTV’s Super Night Saturday Bash, in New Orleans, over the weekend.

In the midst of TIMBERLAKE’s first concert in four years, JAY-Z hopped on stage to spit his verse on their hit collaboration, “Suit & Tie.”

“Suit & Tie,” is the first single off of JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE’s upcoming, The 20/20 Experience album, set to hit stores, March 19th.

Former Real Housewives Of Atlanta star, KIM ZOLCIAK, has been pretty quiet since her recent departure from the hit show.

Grammy award winning singer, ALICIA KEYS can now add Global Creative Director, to her ever-evolving resume.

While attending BlackBerry 10′s global launch, KEYS, was announced as a partner within the phone company.

As the Global Creative Director, KEYS will work closely with BlackBerry’s app developers, content creators, and retailers to enhance entertainment consumption and distribution.

Aside from revealing KEYS as their new Global Creative Director, BlackBerry also unveiled two of their new smart phones, Z10 and Q10 – finally a Blackberry users answer to an iPhone.

Dressed to the nines, JT and HOV looked dapper and debonair in their black suit pants, white tops, and untied black bow ties.

While promoting is new movie Identity Thief, rapper T.I. revealed that he has collaborated with singer JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE for his upcoming comeback album.

In a recent interview with MTV  T.I says that he worked with both TIMBERLAND and TIMBERLAKE for the collabo.

“I did a record for them at the end of last year. They were working on a record together, and I had the pleasure of assisting them on their particular record. I think it’s called ‘Goodbye Homey,’ one of them is, and then there is another one; I did maybe two or three records with them.”

TIMBERLAKE and T.I’s  haven’t made magic since their single, “My Love,” on TIMBERLAKE’s 2006 Future Sex/Love Songs album.
